Heartmind Spaces
Temple-like spaces, built with Dissolve in mind.
A small, artisanal crew. Serving Simcoe County, York Region and the Grey Highlands.
Arrival
Every space holds what's carried into it.
Bringing quality craft, attention, and release into our work.
Craft
We create with craftsmanship.
The prep you don't see is the reason the finish lasts. Quality foundations for durable quality creations.
From first contact, design, and agreement to a space that feels good to be in.
Specialty Finishes
Walls so smooth they can appear seamless.
Even in low side light or under dark paint.
Walls, ceilings, doors, trim, window casings, stairs, railings.
Release
While we work, we practice Dissolve.
Dissolve is a practice we live by. On the job we let go and release in relationship to the processes of the craftsmanship.
Release in the mind.
Release with the task.
Nothing carried into the space but care.
How Heartmind Spaces helps
Settle
A room that's easier to settle into.
Walls are rolled and sprayed uniformly. Brush strokes done smoothly. Plastering applied with patience.
Gardens and Geodesic lounges that invite contemplation, relaxation, and gatherings
Focus
A clearer mind for energy, work, and love.
We collaborate on designs, even full 3d renders, and bring vision to reality. With clarity in mind.
Rest
The intention is always, let this space be one that can be of benefit to those who enter.
We can use colors, shapes, textures, to attune to the vibe you want to create.
Fresh
A fresh start, a new venture.
The practice
Dissolve is something you can learn, too.
Bodywork, one-on-one sessions, classes and a weekly sitting practice, offered through Dissolve Ontario.
Dissolve is a personal project for anyone looking to cultivate themselves. The work leads one to a sense of agency, sovereignty within oneself, and peace.
Outside
Intentional dynamic Zenscapes with the same attention.
Zen gardens, water features and garden domes.
Stone & gravel
Boulders placed after consideration, gravel raked into patterns. A practice you can do when you wish.
Fabric and edging underneath so it stays clean.
Ponds
Bubbling rocks, pondless waterfalls and small ponds.
Running water, and life, to facilitate flow.
Domes
Geodesic domes assembled on a prepared base.
Winter shelter, executive lounge, an opportunity to enjoy Zen gardens all year round.
Stillness
A garden that invites contemplation and quietude.
With great activity comes the need for consolidation and rest.
Settled
Every space holds what’s carried into it.
Nothing carried into the space but attentive craft, patience, and care.
Temple-like spaces for energy, work, and love.
Cultivated with collaboration and teamwork.
